    Operations Executive / Manager

    Job Description:

    • This role requires a results-oriented individual who can handle a variety of tasks and step into additional responsibilities as needed. The Operations
    • Manager will oversee projects, manage client relationships, track performance metrics, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure financial processes are executed effectively.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and monitor the execution of marketing and training projects to ensure timely delivery and quality standards are met.
    • Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
    • Track and evaluate performance metrics to enhance operational efficiency and team productivity.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
    • Manage accounts receivables and payables, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies.
    • Ensure effective execution of the PPP (Policies, Processes, and Procedures) of
    • CPPL, aligning operations with organizational standards.
    • Handle additional tasks and assignments as delegated by senior management.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in operations management or a related role.
    • Strong project management and organizational skills.
    • Excellent interpersonal and client relationship management abilities.
    • Analytical mindset with a focus on performance improvement.
    • Ability to multitask and adapt to evolving priorities.
    • Educational background and interest in accounting or finance is required.
