Ensure Timely and accurate reporting to clients.
Ensure that all Oil Gas and Chemicals Division procedures in the region for Inspection, testing / measurement, iaeporting and certification are performed in line with standard operating procedures both International (IP, Astm etc.) and Local, and that internal Q.A. procedures are adhered to.
In conjunction with Ops Manager, Division Branch Manager and OPT Director, develop strategy for expanding Oil Gas and Chemicals Division activity in the region.
Development of Oil Gas. and Chemicals Division business in the region through effective marketing.
Develop and maintain high profile relationship with both local and international clientele.
Supply Division Manager with data for Monthly and periodic business reports as required.
Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback and coaching as needed
Interacting with customers on a regular basis to ensure satisfåction and gain useful feedback Ensure accurate and timely completion of analysis and analytical reports.
Ensure that all Laboratory operations and procedures meet both INSPECTORATE and Local environmental and Safety/Hygiene requirements.
