Position Summary

• We are seeking dedicated Operations Assistant to support daily coordination between our vendors, factory, and internal operations team.
• This role is ideal for proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individuals who excel at driving efficiency across the supply and production chain.
• The Operations Assistant will help ensure seamless workflows, maintain quality standards, and enable on-time delivery, playing a critical role in our end-to-end operational success

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support for daily factory and operational activities.
• Monitor, track, and report on vendor operations and performance.
• Supervise and optimize vendor activities to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with procurement, quality control, and logistics teams to enable smooth supply chain operations.
• Identify and resolve process bottlenecks and operational inefficiencies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of vendor interactions and supply movements.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or vendor coordination, preferably in fashion, manufacturing, or a related industry.
• Ability to work day and night shifts as part of the standard schedule.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive net monthly salary: N150,000 - N170,000.
