As an Operations Analyst at Madison & Park Limited, you will play a key role in supporting the execution and coordination of experiential marketing and customer engagement operations.
You will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of engagement initiatives, identifying operational improvements, and providing insights that enhance customer experience and overall operational performance.
Your contribution will help improve processes, strengthen execution efficiency, and support the company’s growth through effective experiential marketing and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Support the execution of experiential marketing initiatives that enhance customer engagement and brand experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate marketing activations, events, and customer experience touchpoints.
Identify operational gaps that affect customer experience and recommend practical improvements to enhance delivery.
Conduct basic market and customer observations to support experiential marketing planning and execution.
Ensure smooth implementation of experiential marketing activities through effective coordination and process management as an Operations Analyst.
Monitor the performance of experiential activities and provide feedback to improve future execution as an Operations Analyst.
Develop and maintain process documentation and SOPs to ensure consistency in experiential marketing delivery within the scope of the Operations Analyst role.
Assist in implementing operational improvements that enhance customer experience and engagement as an Operations Analyst.
Stay updated on trends in experiential marketing and customer engagement to support continuous improvement in the Operations Analyst function.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing or a related field.
Proven work experience as an Operations Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data.
Proficient in using data analytics tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar software.
Solid understanding of operations management principles and best practices.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
Detail-oriented individual with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proactive mindset with a strong desire to contribute to the growth and success of the organization.
