Operations Accountant

Job Description
- Document validation, sorting and filing.
- Provide support to project and sales team on vendor registration and document requirements
- Reconciliation of customers’ account
- Issuance of item delivery note to customer.
- Daily Document posting for both payable and receivables and all accounting journals.
- Update of Accounting software
- Monthly bank reconciliation statement (Nigeria, Benin, Cameroon
- Diesel Management
- Maintenance of asset schedule.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Accounting principles
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Data analysis and excel skill
- Financial systems and software.

- Financial Analysis

- Financial reporting
- Accounting systems and software
