    Operational Excellence Officer

    Job Summary

    Responsible for providing administrative support to the Operational Excellence department, coordinating and managing activities of the Operational Excellence team in line with organizational culture.

    Functional Competencies

    • Coordinating and managing activities that support the five strategic objectives of the Operational Excellence team.
    • Coordinating and organizing the Operational Excellence team’s work schedule.
    • Preparing corporate documents on behalf of the Operational Excellence team.
    • Handling administrative requests and queries from colleagues relating to Operational Excellence.
    • Organizing and scheduling appointments on behalf of the Operational Excellence Team.
    • Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes.
    • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms on behalf of the Operational Excellence team.
    • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
    • Submit and reconcile expense reports.
    • Act as the point of contact for Operational Excellence to internal and external stakeholders.

    • Ability to take the initiative and follow through on tasks.
    • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
    • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong Organisational skills with ability to multi-task.

    Qualifications/Experience

    • BSc/ HND from any recognized institution.
    • Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
    • Additional qualification as an administrative assistant or Secretary is an added advantage.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
    • Maximum age of 30 years
