Operational Compliance Manager at Gtext Group

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Ensure employees perform and deliver on tasks as and when due
• Enforce instructions, policies and regulations
• Follow-up on assigned duties and responsibilities
• Ensure processes and procedures are thoroughly followed
• Lead the Compliance unit
• Ensure employees comply with internal and regulations
• Inspects and manages regulatory compliance
• Liaise with the Head of People and Culture to design protocols, policies and procedure to fit with local, state and international standards
• Design control systems to address cases of violation of internal business policies
• Assist in performing other Human Resources related functions
• Develop risk management strategies
• Liaise with other team leads to ensure all business operations are in line with company policies
• Monitoring operations and reporting infractions
• Review existing policies for possible risks and liabilities
• Research on the legal requirements for new initiatives

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or any related course
• A minimum of 4 years experience in HR or Operations Management
• Ability tod drive actions and enforce change
• A professional certification in Human Resources will be an added advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Male for gender balance
• Excellent business communication skills

Salary
N150,000 - N180,000 / month.
