Operation Officer at Strategic Outsourcing Limited

Location: Maryland, Ikeja, Lagos

Requirements

• At least OND holder in Business Administration, or related field.
• At least two (2) years working experience in supervision /operation activities.
• Skillful in marketing.
• Knowledgeable in administration.
• Target oriented.
• Eloquent and articulate in communication skills.
• Computer literate is an added value.
• Knowledgeable in cleaning activities is of necessity.

The company expectation of the successful applicant:

• Efficient and effective in supervision.
• Ensuring smooth operation within the assigned zone of operation.
• To ensure Sealing of deals (getting clients) for the company with the applicant marketing skills at least once in a quarter (once in 3 months). This will attract an increase in the staff payment at each wins.
• Give weekly operation report.

Remuneration Plan

• Monthly Basic salary: N30,000.
• Monthly allowance: start up payment of #5,000, however it's expected to increase at least once in a quarter based on the marketing successes.
• Commission (this is totally based on the marketing successes).
