    Operation Manager

    Job Summary

    Responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the business operations across all functions.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Responsible for increasing sales and controlling costs of goods, inventory levels, labour, supplies and expenses.
    • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly financial reporting.
    • Plan, execute and communicates all sale promotions and new product information effectively and efficiently
    • Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization
    • Ensure operational activities remain on time and within a defined budget
    • Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed
    • Build morale and team spirit by fostering a work environment where team members input is encouraged and valued
    • Develop, improve and ensure adherence of administrative systems, policies, and procedures

     Job Requirement

    • B.Sc./HND in Business Administration or related field
    • 3-4 years proven experience in a similar position in retail industry
    • Financial management skill
    • Organisational and People management skill
    • Analytical and interpersonal skills
    • Good communication skills both written and verbal
    • Ability to take initiative and work without supervision
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)

    Salary Range: N65, 000-N75, 000 monthly
