Operation Excellence Officers at High Caliber Nigeria Limited

Duties:

• Support and lead lean manufacturing work practices including 5s, AM, problem solving to drive continuous improvement activity at site.
• Be accountable for maintaining and reporting the progress against the Princes Manufacturing System (PMS) for EOL ensuring at all times alignment with the objectives of the business.
• Performing a detailed gap analysis across site processes, performance and operational plans affecting any aspect of the manufacturing process.
• Creating a culture of best practice and continuous improvement that focuses on elimination of waste in all forms. 
• All other duties as assigned by the senior management Etc

Others

• Qualification: Bsc/Hnd
• Experience: minimum 5 years.
