Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Interior Architect to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and interior design, with a focus on creating functional, aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet our clients' needs.
• The Interior Architect will be responsible for leading design projects from concept to completion, collaborating with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and develop interior design concepts in collaboration with clients and project teams.
• Produce detailed drawings, renderings, and specifications for interior architecture elements, including furniture, fixtures, finishes, and lighting.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the construction process.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to assess existing conditions and gather information for design development.
• Research and select materials, products, and finishes that align with project requirements, budget, and schedule.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Present design concepts and proposals to clients, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in interior architecture and design.
• Mentor junior staff members and provide guidance on design principles, techniques, and software tools.
• Foster a collaborative and creative work environment, encouraging teamwork and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5years of experience in interior architecture or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards related to interior architecture.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design
