Online Store Manager at Pad-up Creations

About the Role:

As an Online Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and optimization of our online store. You will play a key role in driving online sales growth and building a strong online presence for the brand. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Manage and optimize online store: 

• Oversee all aspects of the online store, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
• Ensure a smooth and user-friendly online shopping experience for customers. 
• Conduct regular website audits and identify areas for improvement. 

Drive online sales growth: 

• Develop and implement effective online marketing strategies, including social media marketing, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO). 
• Analyze website traffic and sales data to identify trends and opportunities. 
• Run online campaigns and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement. 

Customer service: 

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with online customers.

Content creation:

•  Create compelling product descriptions, website copy, and other online marketing content. 
• Manage online store content, including images and videos. 

Stay updated on industry trends: 

• Keep abreast of the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices. 

Qualifications: 

• Proven experience as an Online Store Manager or in a similar role. 
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce). 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and social media platforms. 
• Passion for e-commerce and a strong desire to succeed in an online environment.
