Oilfield Drilling and Completion Project Manager at Scruples Resources

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple product lines.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure contractual commitments are achieved.
• Drive project performance through risk management, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Manage project revenue, costs, profitability, and cash flow.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Oversee project schedules, resource planning, readiness reviews, and contingency plans.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, company, and customer requirements.
• Lead project reviews, performance reporting, lessons learned, and improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with commercial and sales teams to support business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
• Substantial experience in the energy industry, including drilling, completions, well intervention, P&A, or related operations.
• Extensive experience managing complex operational projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of drilling and completions activities.
• Experience managing project financial performance and commercial risks.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent operations and cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Microsoft Project experience is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Well Control awareness/certification is an advantage.
