To lead the Laboratory activities with respect to Produced water and Crude Oil samples analysis.
To run the QA / QC Test on various oil field products like DEM, Water Clarifier, Biocides, Corrosion Inhibitors etc and their raw material.
To execute the lab trials before the commencement of the blending of the various production chemical finished products.
To maintain and manage the various QC lab equipment.
Writing and developing the various test procedures in reference to ASTM and other applicable standards.
Writing and developing the SOPS and check list for laboratory equipment.
To prepare and release the QC certificate for Finished products.
Following the HSE rules and maintaining the documentations as per the OFC business needs and standard.
Following the ISO standards in maintaining the documentations for OFC business needs.
Other duties as and when assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements
B.Sc. / M.Sc. Chemistry.
5 to 10 years of working experience and Quality Control Chemist with an Oil Field Chemical manufacturer / service provider company.
Depth of knowledge and hands of experience in running the various QA / QC test for various production chemicals ( Demulsifier, Scale Inhibitors, Corrosion Inhibitors, Paraffin dispersant, Biocides etc.)
Hand of experience in operating the equipment used for analysis of OFC finished products and raw material.
