Job Description

• Support five of the Executive Directors
• Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing supply requisitions; and assigning and handling clerical functions.
• Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems and equipment procurement.
• Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; and making necessary adjustments.
• Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; and identifying trends.

Qualifications

• Qualified candidates should have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in any related field with a minimum of 2 years of working experience.
• Candidate must be proficient in the use of Ms. tools with high-level skills in PowerPoint presentation.
• Candidates should preferably live on the Island (Lekki, Ikoyi, VI, Ajah).
