Job Description
Oversee daily office activities and ensure smooth workflow.
Opening correspondence, answering phone calls and acting as the office’s primary point of contact
Planning company events, such as retreats and holiday parties
Making travel arrangements for employees
Manage office supplies and inventory, ordering as necessary.
Coordinate communication between departments and staff.
Maintain office equipment and arrange for repairs when needed.
Implement and enforce office policies and procedures.
Assist in budgeting and financial management for office expenses.
Requirement and Skills
Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor’s Degree with 1 - 3 years work experience in similar role
Exceptional organizational ability and multitasking skills
