Office & Kitchen Assistant at Compovine Technologies

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain general cleanliness and arrangement of the office premises and workstations.
• Manage the office kitchen, including preparing light refreshments (tea, coffee) for staff and guests.
• Ensure kitchen utensils, appliances, and dining areas are kept perfectly clean and hygienic.
• Monitor kitchen supplies and office cleaning materials, notifying management when stock is low.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks like running local errands, photocopying, or moving files.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (SSCE) or Ordinary National Diploma (OND).
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar cleaning, hospitality, or office assistant role is an advantage.
• Skills: Good communication skills, ability to follow instructions, and basic time management.
• Attributes: High level of personal hygiene, integrity, respect, and a proactive attitude.
