Summary

• To answer and or/initiate customer calls, respond to customer needs in a professional, service-oriented manner and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction by seeking first call resolution.
• Modelling effective communication skills, call centre agents must be knowledgeable about the products and services of Prepaid Medicare Services Ltd HMO.

Key Responsibilities

As a driver, your duties and obligations will include:

• Transporting staff and management of Prepaid Medicare Services Ltd.
• Picking up and delivering items as directed and running errands for Prepaid Medicare Services Ltd.
• Ensuring that the company cars are washed every day and kept in good condition at all times.
• Any other duty required by the supervisor or management.
• Process complaints, following established guidelines.
• Answer calls professionally
• Identify and escalate priority issues

Requirements

• Must be a licensed driver
• Must be willing to provide contact details of previous employers
• Must have NIMC
• Resides within NEXT CASH and CARRY, Kado Kuchi, Kado Estate and its environ.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written English language
• Must be a team player
• Must be able to take responsibility and demonstrate high level of integrity in dealing with all stakeholders
