Salary: 70k - 100k
Job Responsibilities:
Liaise with storekeeper regarding availability of stationeries and other office equipments
Assisting the staffs and management in their needs
Use of Microsoft office to generate reports
Handling incoming calls and other communications including responding to emails
Posting documents in the post office or waybill
Updating paperwork, maintaining documents
Maintaining clean and safe working environment
Perform any other duties as assigned by Management
Key Qualities/Requirements:
Thorough knowledge of customer service and office management
Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
Ability to organize, multitask, priorities and work under pressure
Proficient in English (oral and written)
Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and Internet
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effective
Must have a Great Attitude
