    Office Assistant

    Job  Description 

    • Making sure workspaces are clean and presentable.
    • Maintain a tidy and organized office environment.
    • Organize office and assist staff in ways that optimize Procedures.
    • Provide comprehensive assistance to ensure the efficient functioning of the office.
    • Greet visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner.
    • Perform receptionist duties when needed.
    • Run errands as required.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / OND qualification with 2 - 3 years work experience.
