    Office Assistant

    Key Responsibilities

    • Keep office and office equipment clean.
    • Perform routine maintenance of office equipment.
    • Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed.
    • Maintaining files.
    • Taking and delivering messages.
    • Assisting in promoting workplace safety and ethics.
    • Maintenance and repair of generator and petrol supply.
    • Ensuring the office runs smoothly.
    • Carry out clerical duties such as filing, copying, and printing.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of O’level such as WASSCE / NECO / NABTEB
    • Be proactive, organized and handle work under stressful and uncertain environments.
    • Innovative thinker with the ability to come up with creative solutions.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentations skills.
    • Must reside in Palmgrove, Onipanu, Shomolu, Yaba, Fadeyi, Ebute-Metta Axis.
