    Office Assistant

    Responsibilities
    Administrative Support:

    • Manage and maintain the Head of Finance's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, phone calls), prioritizing and responding appropriately or directing to the relevant personnel.
    • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, reports, and other materials as required by the Head of Finance.
    • Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval of documents.
    • Manage office supplies inventory for the finance department and place orders as needed.
    • Assist with the preparation of expense reports and other financial administrative tasks.
    • Coordinate and organize departmental meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification with 1 - 3 years work experience.
