Job Summary

• We are seeking a smart, confident, and organized Office Administrator (preferably female) to manage the smooth operation of our office and administrative functions.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably within the solar or technical services industry.
• Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily office operations Maintain records, documentation, and filing systems
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules for management
• Handle correspondence (emails, phone calls, letters) professionally
• Assist with sales and client inquiries, including coordinating installations Support financial and administrative reporting
• Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams
• Ensure the office environment is organized and professional.

Requirements

• HND or BSc in a relevant field with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in office administration
• Experience in solar/technical services industry is a plus Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Smart, confident, and professional appearance.
