    Occupational Health Nurse

    About the Role

    We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Occupational Health Nurse (OH Nurse) to deliver exceptional clinical nursing services within our LifeCheck centers. This role is crucial for ensuring high standards of patient care, managing essential clinical supplies and equipment, and coordinating preventive health checks like cervical screening and immunization. The ideal candidate maintains strong professional standards and is a proactive team member dedicated to quality service.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide expert general nursing care, administering prescribed medications and treatments.
    • Perform initial patient assessments, vital sign checks, and monitor patient follow-up care plans.
    • Operate, maintain, and ensure the proper functioning of all Occupational Health and medical equipment.
    • Manage inventory for consumables, ensuring emergency drug kits are fully stocked and monitored for expiry.
    • Coordinate preventive health checks, including cervical screening, immunization, and providing related advice.
    • Ensure full compliance with organization guidelines, maintain patient confidentiality, and uphold international standards of care.

    Key Metrics

    • Equipment readiness and maintenance compliance.
    • Accuracy and timeliness of clinical documentation.
    • Efficiency in inventory management and restocking.

    Requirements

    • Degree/Diploma in Nursing and current practicing license.
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position or healthcare organization.
    • Proficiency in Occupational Health tests, screening procedures, and general nursing care.
    • Certification in RFT and BLS Training is highly desirable.
    • Excellent interpersonal relations, collaboration, and customer service skills.
