    Nysc Corper (Telesales)

    Responsibilities:   

    • Initiate contact with potential and existing customers to pitch HR solutions or services. 
    • Conducting cold calls to potential clients, using provided scripts and information to introduce the company's products or services.
    • Using persuasive communication skills to engage clients, address their needs, and close sales deals. 
    • Meeting or exceeding individual and team sales goals. 
    • Document all interactions, sales data, and customer information.  
    • Track leads and follow up with potential clients to nurture the sales pipeline.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelors degree in business administration or any related field
    • Must be serving in Lagos with at least 8 months left in your service year
    • Must have great communication and organizational skills
