• Collaboration: Working with doctors, other nurses, and healthcare professionals on treatment and coordination.
• Patient & Family Education: Teaching about health conditions, medications, treatments, and recovery.
• Documentation: Maintaining accurate, confidential patient records and documenting observations.
• Support: Providing emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.
• Equipment & Environment: Operating medical equipment and maintaining a safe, hygienic environment.
