    Nurse (Matron)

    Job Summary

    • A reputable healthcare facility located in Ososami Area, Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria is seeking to employ a highly experienced and competent Matron (Nursing).

    Requirements

    • Registered Nurse/Midwife (RN/RM) with a valid practicing licence
    • Proven experience in nursing leadership and ward management
    • Strong knowledge of medical and healthcare procedures
    • Proficient in Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
    • Excellent supervisory, coordination, and staff management skills
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
