Job Description
Patient Care:

• Assess patients' physical and emotional needs.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies.

Vital Sign Monitoring:

• Monitor patients' vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
• Track patients' progress and adjust care plans accordingly.

Medication Management:

• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patients for medication side effects and allergic reactions.

Wound Care and Infection Control:

• Provide wound care and dressing changes.
• Implement infection control measures to prevent hospital-acquired infections.

Patient Education:

• Educate patients on healthy habits, disease management, and treatment options.
• Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families.

Collaboration with Healthcare Teams:

• Work with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Communicate patients' needs, concerns, and progress to healthcare teams.

Documentation and Record-Keeping:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Document patients' medical histories, treatments, and outcomes.

Continuing Education:

• Stay current with medical research, guidelines, and best practices.
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees with 4 - 8 years relevant work experience.
