Job Overview:

• As a Nurse, you will provide essential nursing care to patients, support physicians, and ensure that patients receive the highest quality of care. Your role involves assessing patient needs, developing nursing care plans, and implementing and evaluating nursing interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patient health conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist with diagnostic tests and interpret results.
• Provide wound care and assist with minor surgical procedures.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and care plans.
• Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Respond to emergencies and provide life-saving care when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Nursing degree (associate or bachelor's degree) from an accredited nursing program.
• Valid nursing license (RN or LPN/LVN).
• Strong clinical and patient care skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Empathy, patience, and a compassionate attitude.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations and make quick decisions.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1-3 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Experience in a specialized area (e.g., ICU, ER, Pediatrics) is a plus.
