Network Support Engineer (NOC) at Hoop Telecoms

Job Description

• Monitor customers’ CPE and network infrastructure via the Network Management System, taking note of any anomaly;
• Analyze and resolve operational and technical issues raised by customers;
• Integrate new customers into the existing infrastructure;
• Provide remote assistance and support to field engineers and clients;
• When it becomes necessary, work out of station;
• Configure microwave radios, Ericson radios, Cisco routers and switches, Linux or any other platform as will be required according to project needs.

• Inter-personal skills with the ability to keep customers informed of progress or setbacks in projects of relevance to timeline and quality;
