Network Analyst Level II at Quintevo Nigeria Limited

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Network Analyst (Level 2) to provide advanced support, administration, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure. This role involves handling escalations from Level 1 support, ensuring network reliability, and assisting in the design and implementation of secure and scalable networking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced network issues escalated from Level 1.
• Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
• Monitor network performance, availability, and security using monitoring tools.
• Manage VLANs, VPNs, and wireless networks for secure connectivity.
• Assist in the implementation of network upgrades and optimization projects.
• Ensure compliance with network policies, procedures, and security standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, processes, and changes.
• Collaborate with IT and infrastructure teams to resolve cross-functional issues.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to junior/Level 1 network staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in sciences, Engineering, Technology, or equivalent.

Certifications:

• Valid CCNA, CompTIA A+, Safe for Teams (SP), PCCET (Palo Alto), JNCIA (Juniper).

Experience:

• 5+ years network support including LAN/WAN troubleshooting, Cisco voice, WiFi, LTE.

Special Requirements:

• Knowledge of IT standards, Infrastructure provisioning, Strong troubleshooting skills, Familiarity with SolarWinds monitoring.
