Job Purpose

• The Oracle NetSuite ERP Specialist reporting to the information systems manager will have a hands-on key role to assure the successful management of the NetSuite ERP platform that is integrated with the other Business Applications within the company.
• The role is responsible for the overall management of all Oracle NetSuite ERP and ensures integrity of the systems as well as meets SLAs.

Key Aims and Objectives

• Be the key contact and subject matter expert for all activities related to the ERP.
• The role is part of the information management team.
• Interact at all levels of the business to provide everything from support to adding new features
• Manage different roll-out plans to difference entities inside and outside the country.
• Mange and recommend enhancement features and activate extra modules.
