Natural Language Processing (NLP) Engineer at Odixcity Consulting

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy natural language processing (NLP) models for applications such as text classification, sentiment analysis, and machine translation.
• Enhance algorithm efficiency to improve both performance and accuracy.
• Collect, preprocess, and analyze large-scale datasets while ensuring data quality and relevance to effectively train NLP models for specific applications.
• Keep up with the latest advancements in NLP and apply innovative techniques to refine and optimize current models.
• Partner with technical and product teams to generate insights and effectively communicate results to stakeholders at all levels.
• Deploy NLP models into production environments and monitor performance to ensure accuracy, reliability, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure all modeling activities are well-documented to support version control, knowledge sharing, and compliance audits.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, and C++ with hands-on experience using NLP frameworks.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms combined with expertise in data preprocessing and text analysis techniques.
• Experience with data annotation and model evaluation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud), and knowledge of version control systems.
• Good communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
