Role Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving all aspects of our facilities, ensuring a safe, functional, and efficient environment. This role requires hands-on expertise across multiple maintenance disciplines, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, masonry, carpentry, and general handyman work.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a multi-skilled maintenance technician or similar role.

Strong knowledge of:

• Electrical systems: wiring, circuits, lighting, outlets, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Plumbing: pipes, faucets, water systems, leak repairs, drainage issues.
• HVAC: air conditioning, heating, ventilation maintenance, and repair.
• Masonry & construction: brickwork, concrete, plastering, minor renovations.
• Carpentry & general handyman work: doors, windows, furniture, basic painting.
• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and maintenance instructions.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual labor.
• Relevant certifications or vocational training in any of the maintenance disciplines is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment, machinery, and building systems.
• Conduct minor construction and masonry work as needed, including repairs and installations.
• Maintain and repair furniture, fixtures, doors, windows, and other building structures.
• Handle painting, carpentry, and general handyman tasks.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Maintain maintenance logs and report major issues to management.
• Assist with installation of new equipment or systems as required.
