Monitoring & Evaluation Officer at Youth Empowerment and Development Initiative (YEDI)

What You'll Do:

• Design and implement M&E frameworks, tools, and methodologies
• Lead data collection through surveys, interviews, and field visits
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to assess program performance
• Create dashboards and reports to communicate findings
• Train teams and partners on M&E best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align evaluation efforts
• Support learning, adaptation, and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, development, statistics, or related field
• Proven experience in M&E, preferably in nonprofit or development sectors
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Commitment to transparency, ethics, and learning
