Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Specialist at Transsil

Job Summary

TRANSSIL is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Specialist to ensure our programs achieve their intended impact. The ideal candidate must be proficient in data collection, analysis, and reporting while maintaining a strong focus on continuous improvement and learning.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement M&E frameworks and systems.
• Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and track program progress.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret program data.
• Prepare high-quality reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Train program staff on M&E methodologies and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with donor and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for audits.
• Provide insights for data driven decision-making.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, STATA, or similar).
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Experience in international donor funded programs is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
