Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Manager at Human Capital Partners (HCP)

Role Details:

Key Experience and Requirements:

•  A bachelor’s or master’s degree in international development, social sciences, statistics, public health, or any relevant discipline.
•  5-7 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation. 
• Experience in Project Management is required.
•  Strong understanding of MEL methodologies, including qualitative and quantitative approaches.
• Proven track record in developing and communicating complex data insights to internal and external audiences.
• Experience working with local and international stakeholders, including donors and government agencies.
