    Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Assistant

    Job Description

    • Install and configure new computer hardware for improving and upgrading system performance; support any technology upgrades as required.
    • To act as the first point of contact for any safeguarding, child, and adult Nutrition concerns, providing timely, relevant support and advice
    • Conduct data collection and entry of beneficiaries and other related data
    • Develop technical skills and knowledge through training to members of staff.
    • Carry-out system and equipment maintenance tasks, such as backup system data and system Nutrition, to ensure they are running effectively and enable easy and efficient use.
    • Receive and inspect all ICT incoming assets for TCDI and or partners.
    • Ensure information is up to date and accurate within inventories, databases, websites, and archives to ensure systems efficiency.
    • With direction from senior colleagues, collate information to be participants’ attendance after activities like training, distribution, etc., and make them available in due course.
    • Respond to queries, understand and resolve issues, and ensure technology policies, procedures, systems, and tools are accurately applied to support staff.
    • Support the capacity building of staff through the organization and/or review of training programs aimed at developing skills/knowledge.
    • To act as the first point of contact for any safeguarding, child, and adult Nutrition concerns, providing timely, relevant support and advice
    • Perform other ICT or non-related duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possessB.Sc Degrees with 2+ years relevant work experience.
