Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive M&E framework for tracking project performance, including tools, methodologies, and processes aligned with donor and project requirements

• Define project-specific indicators and metrics, ensuring they align with donor requirements
• Implement data quality assessments and audits to ensure the integrity and reliability of data collected, ensuring it meets international best practices and donor standards
• Prepare regular M&E reports for internal and external stakeholders, including donors, government agencies, and partners, ensuring clear and timely communication of project progress
• Lead project evaluations, and facilitate learning from project outcomes to inform future strategies and interventions
• Work closely with government, donors, and partners to harmonize data collection and reporting systems, ensuring alignment with national health information systems and RMNCAH indicators
• Represent the project and Sydani Group at key forums, advocating for project objectives and promoting best practices
