Mobility Administrator at P-GAT Industries

Role Summary

• Coordinate local mobility activities, customer and rider interactions, onboarding processes, operational records, community engagement, and routine reporting within the assigned area.
• Serve as a key local operational contact and support the smooth implementation of ATRAS services.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (Second Class Upper Division) or equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Transport/Logistics, Social Sciences, Mobility, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in operations, transportation, logistics, customer management, field coordination, or a similar role.
• Strong communication, organisation, documentation, and community-engagement skills.
• Digital literacy and ability to work with operational records and reporting tools.

Other Requirements:

• All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• All applicants must be ready and available to work in Adamawa State, Nigeria.
• All positions are full-time employment positions. Part-time or contract engagement may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to operational requirements and management approval.
