Job Summary

• We are looking for a skilled Flutter Mobile App Developer to build, maintain, and scale high-quality mobile applications that support our operations across real estate, construction, surveying, property management, and engineering services.
• You will work closely with product and operations teams to create seamless digital experiences for clients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-performance cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
• Integrate APIs, databases, and backend services to ensure smooth app functionality.
• Translate UI/UX mockups into responsive and scalable mobile interfaces.
• Maintain and improve existing apps, enhance features, and fix bugs.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and business teams to deliver product requirements.
• Ensure code quality through testing, documentation, and clean architecture.
• Implement best practices for security, performance, and data integrity.
• Deploy apps on Android and iOS platforms and manage updates.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Flutter Developer (show portfolio or apps built).
• Strong knowledge of Dart and cross-platform app development.
• Experience with REST APIs, Firebase, MySQL, or other backend services.
• Familiarity with mobile UI/UX standards and responsive design.
• Knowledge of Git and version control workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize app performance.
