MMO Relationship Manager (Ogun) at Outsource Nigeria

Job Summary

• The Ogun MMO RM manages and supports the performance of mobile money agents and partners throughout Ogun State. The role ensures continuous service availability, agent satisfaction, and regional revenue contribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow the agent and merchant base across Ogun.
• Drive usage of the company’s mobile wallet and payment platforms.
• Manage field-level escalations including downtime, fraud, or liquidity issues.
• Conduct KYC onboarding, compliance checks, and agent education.
• Support revenue generation through agent performance coaching.
• Collaborate with product, finance, and technical support teams.
• Report field insights, including customer trends and operational bottlenecks.
• Assist in organizing community-level activations or agent meetings.

Monthly Target:

• 30,000 application forms per month

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in agency banking, mobile money, or field relationship roles.
• Familiar with Ogun’s local government areas and business hubs.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Salary Budget
N150,000 / Month + N100,000 to N900,000 Commission + Car + PFA + HMO
