Mixologist
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification Secondary School (SSCE)
- Experience 1 - 2 years
- Location Lagos
- Job Field Hospitality / Hotel / Restaurant
- Salary Range ₦50,000 - ₦100,000/month
- JOB DESCRIPTION
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails and beverages with creativity and precision.
- Design and update drink menus based on trends, seasonality, and customer preferences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area at all times.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner to ensure excellent customer service.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and usage of all bar ingredients and supplies.
- Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines and check customer identification when necessary.
- Keep accurate records of inventory, restock bar supplies, and inform management of shortages.
- Collaborate with management and kitchen staff to create food and drink pairings or special promotions.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must reside within the axis of ago palace way, lagos state.
