• We are seeking a creative and skilled Mixologist to join our team and create exceptional and innovative cocktails for our guests.
• As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting unique drink recipes, maintaining a well-stocked bar, and providing an exceptional guest experience
• Your expertise in mixology, knowledge of ingredients, and passion for creating unforgettable beverages will contribute to the success of our establishment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and create enticing and innovative cocktail recipes that showcase your creativity and expertise in mixology.
• Stay up-to-date with current industry trends, new ingredients, and techniques to continuously enhance and expand the cocktail menu.
• Experiment with flavors, ingredients, and presentation to create visually appealing and delicious cocktails that meet the preferences of our target audience.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of cocktails by establishing standard recipes and following proper measurement techniques.
• Maintain a well-organized and well-stocked bar, ensuring an ample supply of spirits, mixers, garnishes, and other necessary ingredients.
• Follow proper bar setup and closing procedures, including inventory checks, cleaning, and restocking of supplies.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and update the bar menu, incorporating seasonal offerings and limited-time specials.
• Provide exceptional customer service and a memorable guest experience by engaging with customers, offering recommendations, and tailoring cocktails to their preferences.
• Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere at the bar, interacting with guests and building rapport to enhance their overall experience.
• Ensure prompt and accurate order taking, drink preparation, and service delivery to maintain customer satisfaction and exceed their expectations.
• Monitor and maintain the quality of ingredients, ensuring their freshness and proper storage to prevent spoilage or contamination.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Mixologist or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Extensive knowledge of cocktail and mocktail recipes, preparation of beverages like coffee and tea and mixology techniques.
• Strong creativity and ability to develop unique and innovative cocktail recipes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with guests and work effectively within a team.
• Proficient in the use of bar equipment, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize effectively.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in drink preparation and presentation.
• Relevant certifications or training in mixology is preferred.
