Middleware Operations Officer

- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 6 - 7 years
- Location Lagos

Role Description
- To ensure technical implementation of new solutions, daily/ weekly/monthly/quarterly report generation, testing and deployment of new updates made to Hope banking channels (USSD, Internet Banking, Agency and Mobile). This role ensures daily monitoring of transactions across different channels (USSD, Internet Banking, Agency and Mobile).
Job Requirements
- First degree(s) in Information Technology or other applied sciences.
- Minimum of 6-7 years in managing the Middleware or FEP in a bank. Experience in Finacle or finedge would be an added advantage
Key Competency Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server management
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and excellent collaborative skills.
