Job Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Support the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Process supplier invoices and staff reimbursements.
• Verify bills, receipts, and supporting documents for accuracy.
• Prepare payment schedules and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Ensure all financial data complies with accounting standards and company policies.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Assist with tax documentation and statutory filings.
• Support the finance team with routine administrative tasks.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting role.
