Job Description

• Closely work with OEMs on Technical Process Development and Review on issues resolution technical presentations to clients if required
• Persuading clients that a product or service will best meet their requirement with all technical details
• Providing presales technical assistance and product education
• Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm
• Maintains excellent relationships with Clients and other stakeholders to obtain all necessary.

Qualifications

• B.Sc / HND in Computer Science (Minimum 2:1 or First Class)
• Ability to learn fast with good people management skills.
