    Merchandiser

    Key Responsibilities

    • Engage walk-in customers and support product sales conversion
    • Demonstrate Genus Lithium and HF Inverter solutions at the shop level
    • Ensure proper product display and branding visibility
    • Assist dealer staff in closing sales and improving customer experience
    • Capture customer inquiries and support follow-ups
    • Provide regular market feedback on customer behavior and competitor activity

    Profile Requirement

    • Prior experience in retail sales / electronics / solar products preferred
    • Strong communication and customer handling skills
    • Basic technical understanding (inverters/batteries) is an advantage
    • Proactive and target-driven approach
    • Must be familiar with local language (Hausa).
