Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an MEP Project Manager located in Port Harcourt. The MEP Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the inspection, design, planning, procurement, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of residential and industrial facilities. They will manage air-conditioning systems, plumbing installations, electrical services, and facility management to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in Plumbing, Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP), and Budgeting
• Proficient in Project Management and Submittals
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant field
