    Mentor

    Overview

    • IHA is committed to fostering the growth and success of early-career African women (0-3 years of work experience) by providing mentorship, career development resources, and a supportive community.
    • Through our structured mentorship program, we connect mentees with accomplished professionals across various industries to provide guidance, share experiences, and help them navigate their career journeys. Our program includes one-on-one virtual mentorship consultations, virtual mastery and networking sessions.

    Why Become a Mentor?
    As a mentor, you will:

    • Make a lasting impact– Help shape the careers of emerging African women professionals.
    • Share your knowledge and experiences– Provide insights on career growth, industry trends, and professional development.
    • Expand your network– Connect with like-minded professionals and mentees who share your passion for empowerment.
    • Develop leadership and coaching skills– Enhance your ability to guide, motivate, and inspire others.

    Who Can Apply?
    We are looking for professionals who:

    • Have at least 3 years of work experience in their field.
    • Are committed to supporting, encouraging, and providing guidance to mentees.
    • Can dedicate 2-3 hours per week for mentorship sessions (virtual).
    • Have a passion for women’s empowerment, leadership, and career development.
